The person who names the problem does not get paid to clean it up.
That’s the right rule. It’s also why the owner is alone with your PDF. Independent judgment. Owner consent. Verified Florida credentials. MoldX is not an assessor, remediator, public adjuster, or a substitute for licensed judgment.
